Titan CPU family of channel expanders allows you to connect multiple Titan Mini-Recorders (analog/digital input modules) to easily configure large channel-count DAQ systems of up to 192 analog channels, plus digital channels (CAN, GPS, IMU, etc.) Connections between the Expander and Input Modules are made using industry-standard CAT6 Ethernet cables, which provide RS422 communication, power, and synchronization on a single cable, simplifying wiring and eliminating the need for extra equipment. Data can be recorded directly to the expanders internal memory or to a host PC, and network operation is possible via TCP/IP or UDP. When connected to a host PC running Titan Control Software (TCS), redundant recording and real time monitoring of the data is possible.

High-Speed Channel Expander Overview (click to learn more)
The CML04 provides channel count scalability with higher data rates for the Titan DAQ system. Standalone, the CML04 connects up to four Mini-Recorders (analog / digital input modules) with scan rates as high as 60K samples/second. USB provides the HS communication link between Mini-Recorders while synchronization is distributed separately.
Up to four CMX04 expanders can be added to increase the channel count of the CML04 up to 256 channels.
